Ingredients:
Oats
Water
Salt
Sugar
Milk.
Put the oats (about 110 g) in a saucepan. Then add water (350 ml) and a pinch of salt. Bring it to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes (or until the porridge is thick), stirring gently, so as to avoit that it sticks. Leave to stand for 1 minute. To serve, pour it into a plate and “dig” a small hole with your spoon, filling this hole with milk. Then, put some sugar in another section of the dish.
